Staycation at ZEN Rooms Selah Pods
Selah Pods Hotel is a 108-room boutique hotel in Pasay City that brings a futuristic place. Indeed a match made digitally for shutterbugs! It is located on the busy street of F.B. Harrison. The place is accessible to Makati Business District, Manila, and just a 15-minute drive from the airport. Last week, I stayed at ZEN Rooms Selah Pods with my friend, Aiko, for 2 days and 1 night for a staycation. I booked the hotel at ZEN because they offer travelers quality and affordable room stays in Southeast Asia’s top destinations. Regular Check-in time is 2:00 PM, but because of the heavy traffic in Manila, we arrived in the hotel at 3:30 PM. Fresh juice was served to us in the lobby while waiting for the room to be ready.

We have a kettle, mini-refrigerator, free bottled water, telephone, and a flat-screen TV with cable where I can watch K drama! Haha
There’s also a couch beside the bed.
It has a pool deck bar and lounge area. We ordered Fruit Shake, Honey Glazed Mustard Chicken, Four-cheese Pizza, and Grilled Chicken Pasta while waiting for the Sunset.

There’s an area on the 8th floor where you can sit and relax (near the restaurant) where tables, chairs, and decorations are made from recyclable materials such as plastics, newspapers, etc. Thumbs up for this eco-friendly move!
The next day, we had a breakfast buffet at their restaurant for only P250.

Just a few reminders if you are planning to stay at ZEN Rooms Selah Pods: 1 Valid ID and P1000 incidental deposit is required upon check-in. It will be fully-refunded on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred. One child 5 years old below can stay for free using existing beds, Extra bed can be provided at P600 per night. Outside food is not allowed.
