Thank God it’s Friday! I’m very grateful for having a less hassle week compared to the previous ones. We didn’t able to have our sembreak because our school calendar has been changed this year but still happy because we successfully survived the midterm examination week and our print ad shoot for Advertising. Here’s a quick update what’s been happening in school lately

Thesis

Can we not talk about it? Lol. I’m (really) not happy with my midterm grade in Communication Research because only 5 out of 10 topics were approved and that is equivalent to 3.0

Advertising

Horray for our successful Print Ad shoot and food photography!! It was nice working with my group mates. Among the groups that I had, I can say that they were the best for me. No pressure. We just enjoyed the shoot and everything turns out well. Excited for the output!!

Visual Comm

We’re done in our photography class (Yehey!!) and this week, we started discussing about Photoshop and it’s very intriguing because ever since I entered college and started blogging, one of my aim is to learn how to use photoshop. I attempted learning it my own before through video tutorials but I ended up quitting (wala kasi akong tiyaga sa ganyan. Nakakatamad!) That’s why feel so lucky because it was included in our syllabus. I’m hoping to learn a lot on this subject and hopefully, about video editing SOON!

A new place to hang-out

Yesterday, after the shoot for Food Photography, Aiko, Zally, and I did our Thesis topic proposal at Urban Brew. It’s located in front of the University.

I like the place! The interior, ambiance and the drinks. I ordered my favorite – Oreo milk tea and I loved it! The best I’ve tasted. Follow my stories on Snapchat (nicolesnmgl) for more kabaliwan moments.

Dealing with the heavy traffic

Going to school and home this past few days or should I say weeks had been terribly bad because of the traffic that I had experienced! Gosh! It feels like I’m in Manila again. Usually, It only takes an hour for me to reached home. But now, 2 hours! (swerte na kung 30 mins ka lang ma stuck sa traffic) Grabe lang talaga ang traffic ngayon. Nakaka-beastmode!
