We all have our ideal home. Some of us prefer a big house with enough rooms for the whole family and some prefers simple and basic house. It can be in a countryside or in the city. It depends on your style. Having that “dream house” is a life accomplishment whether it is for yourself or for your family. With the right amount of research, planning and of course hard work, it is possible. It will lead you in getting the home that you want.
Buying an ideal home can be exciting and at the same time, stressful! It’s an investment that’s why you have to plan it carefully. There are few things that you have to consider in choosing a perfect home.
First and one of the most important factors for me is the Space. It must be spacious however, bigger isn’t always better. You have to figure out the space that you will be needing for the family to feel comfortable. There’s nothing wrong in having a small house. By choosing the right design of the interior, you can make the small house look spacious.
Location is very important. You need to look for a community that is accessible to market, school, hospitals, etc. It’s good if you’ll find a safe neighborhood where people will feel free to walk around outdoors specially at night.
Lastly, Budget must be considered in choosing a perfect home. Remember that there are more costs to consider than just the monthly mortgage payment. You also need to consider local taxes, monthly costs, and association fees that’s why you have to be wise in spending your money for the house that you want.
I’m happy to share that we have FIESTA Communities Inc. in Region 3. They are known in providing quality and affordable houses to the low to mid class market of the Northern and Central Parts of Luzon for almost a decade, thus claiming its success in realizing hopes, uplifting lives and empowering communities in the region.
They have a total of 17 branches in Bataan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales, and Subic.
Last Saturday, September 22, 2018, they had an open-house event for their extension project in Brgy. San Rafael, Tarlac City. It was attended by aspiring home-owners. The event started with a motorcade around the city followed by a mass.
After the mass is the Ribbon Cutting and blessing of each model units.
They built row houses, Duplex Bungalow, and the highlight of the event is the Ribbon cutting of the single attached units.
Philip Anthony Tan – Deputy COO, Melvin Jason Tan – Regional Area Manager, Camille Lusong – Regional Marketing Supervisor, Allen Peña – Sr. Sales Supervisor, Patrick John Tan – COO
After the house blessing, they prepared a snack at the Bayanihan Hall for the attendees who participated in the event
They had a chance to reserved a unit and of course, with a big discount!! If you’re interested to get a unit, I have here some photos taken from the model houses.
You can now have your dream house in just 3 easy steps!
The aesthetics of the place is superb! The place itself looks safe, environment friendly and has a nice neighborhood! Would love to check their units! My dream house might be waiting for me there!
We're poised to have our own residence, but we're not buying a house, we're building one. But we take note of the same factors except for the location. The location isn't practical for us, but it's a need. We're relocating because it's time to look after mom and dad.
These are great tips! I totally agree that one of the major consideration should be the budget. I and my boyfriend is planning to buy a house first before getting married. There are so many choices!

I like how rich those photos are while I am reading the contexts of this article. My favorite rule was "If you value it, take care of it!".
The home rules hanging on the walls looks cute and it's policies are so nice, ahahha.
Thanks for sharing the tips about considering the space, location and budget in choosing my future dream house.
