Life gets busy, and it can be challenging to sit down and eat all the meals and snacks we need to stay healthy. It can be even more challenging to make sure that every meal is fully balanced. Good thing, the smoothie trend is still going strong! Healthy smoothies are often an integral part of cleanses, and they’re ubiquitous at health food stores and restaurants.
On this blog post, I will be sharing you the healthy smoothies that I can’t seem to get enough of, and because it is so simple to make, I’m pretty sure you will enjoy making them! They are tasty, convenient, and there is an endless stream of ways to make them. You can use them as a meal replacement, take them to go for a quick breakfast, use them to supplement what you are missing from your diet, or drink them between meals for a healthy snack.
Detox S’ mores Smoothie
S’ mores are one of those classic desserts that we all enjoy. They taste great and bring back memories of sitting around the campfire and hanging out with our friends. For many of us, the idea of a s’ more brings back nostalgic memories of a simpler time when we weren’t worried about the foods we ate.
You don’t have to compromise your health or keep the s’ mores as a guilty pleasure. With a little creativity and some high-quality ingredients, you can create a s’ mores snack that is not only just as tasty as the ones from your childhood, but is actually healthy for you!

Vanilla Protein Smoothie
Consuming protein is excellent for our health. It can help you recover after working out at the gym, and it can help you lose weight by helping you stay satisfied long after you consume it. Although healthy smoothies usually are pretty basic, this Vanilla Protein Smoothie takes it to the next level.
Remember back to when you were a kid, and you would eat peanut butter with bananas? Some of us would spread the peanut butter right on the banana, while others would eat it between two pieces of bread or toast. Now, you can still enjoy that same great combination as an adult and a protein-packed smoothie. Take this traditional treat and make it your new healthy snack.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop Daily Protein
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
In a high-speed blender, add the almond milk, banana, Daily Protein, almond butter, and cinnamon. Blend on high until smooth. Enjoy right away!
